1940s Navajo Naja on Heavy Bench Made Beads


Early Navajo made Naja with drilled Cerrillos turquoise beads set in bezel ends. Necklace made up of 46 silver coin hand made bench beads strung on leather. Typical of work that was made by Navajo silversmiths at Trading Posts in the Southwest during the 1930s and 40s.
