This bracelet is made and signed by Navajo artist Mark Chee, considered to be one of the finest Native silversmiths. Chee studied at the Santa Fe Indian School, and in the 1930s worked at Southwest Arts & Crafts in Santa Fe, New Mexico, and later at Packard's, which was part of the UITA (United Indian Traders Association). This bracelet has 5 Lone Mountain turquoise cabochons, on a heavy ingot cuff, with beautiful hand stamped ribbing from sides to ends. Fits up to 6 1/4" wrist.
