This necklace is made and signed (an A inside a Keystone design), by Navajo silversmith Ambrose Lincoln (1917 - 1989). Lincoln worked in the Gallup/Zuni area for C.G. Wallace and Charles Kelsey, among others, and produced fine cast silver pieces such as this one. At the 1956 Gallup Ceremonial, Lincoln won second place grand prize, establishing him as an outstanding silversmith.
