Zuni silversmith Leonard Martza (b. 1928), has been active since the late 1940s. He worked for C.G. Wallace during the 1950s and 60s and collaborated with other Zuni artists, most famously Leekya Deyuse.
This ring's turquoise leaves were carved by Leekya, the silver work done by Martza. A piece almost identical to this one was feature in the book “Figural Designs In Zuni Jewelry” by Toshiba Sei, on page number 115 (see photo number 4). The ring is adjustable and can be made smaller or slightly larger if done carefully. I can size it for you before shipping once purchased.
