Antique glass trade beads and silver Navajo pearls with contemporary dragonfly cross. Cross is made by Navajo silversmith Fritson Toledo, and is accompanied by an antique sacred heart pendant. These red beads are called whitehearts, due to their white center and were heavily traded in the 18th and 19th centuries.
This necklace is 27" long and fits over the head.
