Wide silver cuff with 7 stamped bands by Cippy Crazy Horse, of Cochiti Pueblo, born 1946, Cipriano Quintana (son of legendary silversmith Joe Quintana). A Master Silversmith, whose bold, deep stamp and chisel designs on thick gauge silver are his trademark. The thick gauge silver he uses comes from melting scrap silver into ingots. His work can be found in the following museum collections: The British Museum, London, UK; the Museum of Indian Arts and Culture, Santa Fe, NM; Wheelwright Museum, Santa Fe, NM; Museum of Man, San Diego, CA; and the Heard Museum, Phoenix, AZ.
